“HOURS OF OPERATION” are ONLY while court is in session.  Fines will be accepted during the appropriate time for which Judge it is owed to. 

*Telephone calls are not permitted during this time and all correspondence must be done either by fax or email at NDansvilleTownCourt@nycourts.gov.

Court Session

Justice Weidman-(Town and Village):  1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM. DA day.  ​

 

Justice Kenney-(Town and Village):  3rd Thursday of the month at 9:00 AM (Village) and 10:00 AM (Town) . ADA day. Small Claims/Evictions held 1st Thursday.
